Mouna Anajjar is a female journalist, founder, publisher, editor-in-chief, and creative director of I Came For Couscous.

Previously, Mouna Anajjar co-founded and led other independent publications such as Le Mag, La Tribune, and 212. She has also produced artistic and cultural projects such as Zbel Manifesto for the Marrakech Biennale (2014) ; and the short film "A Conversation With Mashrou' Leila" (2017). Additionally, she has been involved in creating and editing creative and impactful cultural and artistic projects, including a magazine for La Mamounia (2015-2020), while the hotel had its eponymous Literary Award ; a quarterly magazine project on contemporary art for the Parisian palace Le Meurice (2014) ; and the editorial work of Jajjah for the artist Hassan Hajjaj (2020).
